Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our Information and Data Services team at NCG. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for IT support across our group, helping colleagues and learners make the most of systems like Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and a range of hardware and software platforms. You'll be involved in everything from desktop support and AV maintenance to digital transformation and major IT rollouts.What You'll Be Doing: Providing first and second line IT support across multiple sites.Supporting users with MS Teams, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking protocols.Maintaining and deploying hardware/software using tools like SCCM.Managing AV systems in classrooms and meeting spaces.Assisting with office moves and liaising with estates, telecoms, and networks teams.Keeping asset management and service desk systems up to date.Training staff and contributing to service improvement plans.What We're Looking For: Strong experience in desktop support and IT project rollouts.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft, Apple, and Office 365 environments.Operational experience with Active Directory and AV systems.Great communication and customer service skills.A methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or equivalent mobility).
