Job description

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis for 18 months to cover an internal secondment! You'll be at the heart of our IT services - ensuring our technology empowers colleagues, supports our communities, and enables us to deliver outstanding services to our customers.

This is a key role within our technology team. You will be responsible for technical support, maintenance, and development of business-critical applications and databases that underpin Magenta Living's operations. Your expertise will ensure our systems are robust, reliable, and continuously improving - directly supporting our organisational objectives of empowering people, opening doors, and doing the right thing.

How you'll support our key objectives:

  • Empowering People: By providing responsive, expert support, you'll enable colleagues across the business to deliver excellent service to our customers.

  • Enabling Growth and Innovation: You'll work closely with project teams and external partners to implement new solutions, support system upgrades, and drive continuous improvement - helping Magenta Living stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

  • Driving Efficiency: Your proactive approach to database and application management will streamline processes, reduce downtime, and ensure data integrity.

Please note, we envision there will be one stage to the interview process and plan to interview at our offices in Birkenhead week commencing 24th November.
