Job description
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online environments.
- Help deploy, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual server infrastructure.
- Contribute to projects involving infrastructure upgrades, new site or acquisition integrations, and system migrations.
- Perform routine activities like creating virtual machines, applying firmware updates, patching systems, and managing backups.
- Monitor critical infrastructure components (such as firewalls, switches, storage, and backup systems) and address any issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting infrastructure issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts i.e. regular tests.

Requirements
From day one, you will be assisting this leading healthcare organisation in a handful of projects including migrations from on-prem to 365 tenants, and migrations from Windows 10 to 11. This is a practical role ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with diverse technologies, and is eager to expand their skills in infrastructure.
Key Skills required:
- Windows Server Active Directory, Windows 10-11
- Administration of Microsoft 365
- Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
- Familiar with virtualisation platforms
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and firewalls
- Veeam
- Full UK Drivers licence
Desirable:
- Modern Workplace products: Intune, Entra
- Familiarity of VoIP telephony systems
