Job description

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support (2nd line) for a wide range of clients
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in an IT Support Engineer, IT Technician, or 2nd Line Support role
  • Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
  • Experience with cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
