Job description
IT Support Engineer is required by a leading construction company based in central London, paying up to £35k The successful IT Support Engineer will be the first port of call for thier users both internally and externally within the business, ensuring that tickets are logged, rectifying troubleshooting issues, and escalating issues to the right teams. As you will be the face of the business to a certain degree, dealing with people in a personable, comprehensive manner, and having outstanding interpersonal skills are as important as technical skills and experience. If you love helping people, this is the role for you!
You'll ideally be someone very resilient and open to hard work, with a good sense of humour and ability to deal with people at all levels. Someone who's keen to get into the mix, likes going out and taking part in team socials and being a part of the culture. They are a construction company so dealing with builder types as well as people in the office.
Requirements
- Experience working within and cross platform environment supporting Windows and Mac devices
- Solid understanding of IT and troubleshooting issues relating to Active Directory, Azure, Office 365
- Exposure to MDM - Intune
- Experience with AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite is hugely desirable
- Knowledge of fundamental Networking (Routers, Switches, Wireless) skills are essential
- Ticketing Systems
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manor
