Job description

Support Engineer required to give 1st Line Technical Support including HelpDesk by a prestigious company with several sites spread across Central London, this role will be based in the City HQ offices bear Fenchurch Street, you will need good Office 365 skills, Windows 11, understand VOiP connectivity and have great communication skills, they are paying for the right IT Support Technician upto 30 + Excellent benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Technician who loves communicating and assisting users at all levels up to and including Board level users with everything technical, you will set up users and hardware, and carry out daily Server and Network maintenance. You will be part of a small team who has the added support os a Managed Service Provider, you will be the face of IT, the users are really nice people, lively and energetic, a really lovely place and environment to work in

You will work closely with the Head of IT, carry out onboarding, get involved in small and medium-sized projects.
