Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst known for their skill and experience building a quality data structure to provide a reliable foundation for reporting, identifying ways to drive efficiency through workflows and translate data into actionable insights.

Working with an extremely talented and welcoming team, your main duties will include:

• Determining and creating a consistent data structure across operational systems (Access/ Fourth /Mapal/ Alert65), rolling out rules and audit checks to ensure compliance.
• Oversee performance reporting & analysis - Translate operational and business data into actionable insights.
• Build reliable analyse to improve forecasts and demand planning for centralised stock, providing recommendations for order quantities for approval by the commercial team.
• Modelling reliable performance forecasting templates for product performance to enhance both financial and non-financial decision making
• Building training materials and how to guides to ensure data quality is maintained by users.
• Provide clarity to suppliers when onboarding catalogues to prevent data quality creep.
• Support the day to day upkeep of the data in core systems which would include Products & promotions in EPOS and product catalogues in PW
• Introduce third party data sources to improve insight and enhance decision making.
• Identifying efficiencies through automation, AI, structure, and governance.
• Take an active interest in the market, identify how the company performance compares to others, identify opportunities and provide actional insights/recommendations

Do you have experience in Data structures?, * Data Analytics: 3 years (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
