Job description
You will be involved in website maintenance and support (WordPress websites, including plugin, theme, and core updates), technical troubleshooting (Hosting, DNS & SSL issues), improving ongoing websites and getting involved in blog posts and webinars.
Requirements
- Commercial experience of HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress.
- Experience in the arts, culture, and heritage sectors
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical and client-facing skills.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity of DNS, SSL, or website hosting environments.
- cPanel, Git, or WP-CLI experience
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools.
