Job description
As Head of Technology Operations, you'll take ownership of service delivery, infrastructure and business systems - leading the move from a legacy, ITIL-led environment to a modern, service-based and customer-centric model. You'll help reshape how technology delivers value, embedding a commercial mindset and driving measurable improvement in performance and user experience.
Operating within a Microsoft environment (Azure, M365, Windows Server), you'll ensure operational excellence while building the foundations for a DevOps-enabled future.
You will:
- Lead and modernise Technology Operations across Service Desk, Infrastructure and Business Systems
- Embed a service-first, commercial culture that delivers tangible business value
- Drive efficiency, automation and process improvement
- Partner with Security, Product and Transformation teams to deliver strategic change
