Job description

  • Supporting users with Microsoft 365 tools and Dynamics Business Central
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain and support documentation
  • Support and enhance The Power Platform by designing PowerApps solutions to facilitate business needs
  • Maintaining dashboards and collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities using tools

This role will suit someone who's already working in an Applications Support role working closely with users. Requirements

  • Knowledge / experience of Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive
  • Experience / knowledge of supporting users with Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Exposure to or experience of PowerApps and Power BI
  • Previous experience of supporting business applications in operations, supply chain or finance
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer focused mindset with clear and confident communication skills
