Job description

We are excited to welcome applications for an IT Support Analyst to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment, based in Wrexham. In this vital role, you will play a key part in supporting our business operations, ensuring the smooth running of IT services for colleagues and customers alike., * Provide effective first and second level IT support across all areas of the business.

  • Record, track, and document IT service desk requests and problem-solving processes using Jira service desk.
  • Work alongside the IT team to monitor and resolve high-impact issues, ensuring problems are followed through to completion.
  • Prioritise service requests and incidents based on business urgency and impact.
  • Provision and install hardware, maintain the IT Asset Management System, and ensure all assets are accurately recorded, updated, or removed as necessary.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and anti-spam systems.
  • Deliver training to end-users on new technologies and support technology rollouts.
  • Travel to remote sites when required.
  • Provide backup and support to the wider IT team.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Demonstrable experience in an IT Support Analyst role or similar relevant experience.

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, networking (both wired and wireless), desktop and server hardware, antivirus, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Intune administration.
  • A strong customer service ethos, with a genuine passion for assisting colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working.
  • Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
