Job description

We're now looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our team supporting the delivery of excellent technical service across our customers and internal teams, based at our site near Ely, Cambs.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of the technical function, with a focus on administration, communication, and data handling., * Coordinate and update technical KPIs, complaint trends, and shelf-life data, both internally and externally.

  • Manage and respond to customer returns and queries, while analysing trend data to support quality improvements.
  • Support the technical team in managing and updating product specs, artwork, and new line forms.
  • Help prepare and format internal/external presentations and crop reports.
  • Attend availability meetings and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist with specification reviews and version control in response to performance or seasonal changes.
  • Support technical projects, audits, and improvement activities., This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a technical fresh produce fast paced environment with exposure to customer compliance, product development, and supplier performance - all while supporting a business at the forefront of fresh, healthy, sustainable produce.

Requirements

A great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and looking to build experience in technical or food industry administration., * Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or technical support role, in food, FMCG, retail, or supply chain would be advantageous.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - able to manage multiple systems and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator - comfortable working with data, documents, and people across different teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
