Job description

We're looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals (Consultants, Leads, or Architects) to design, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our UK public sector clients., * Lead or contribute to end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Recruitment, Talent, Learning, etc.)

  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR)
  • Manage integrations, data migrations, and reporting using tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader
  • Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, prepare training materials, and deliver end-user training
  • Guide projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - from requirements gathering to post go-live support
  • Prepare and maintain RAG status reports, RAID logs, and risk mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful configuration and integration of HCM modules
  • (For Lead/Architect roles) Coach, mentor, and manage small delivery teams (5+ members) and oversee release planning

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of total IT experience, with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation/support
  • Proven experience with UK Public Sector HCM projects
  • Hands-on expertise in multiple HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent, Learning, and Pensions
  • Strong knowledge of UK Payroll and legislative compliance
  • Deep understanding of Oracle's security framework, including role-based security design and data roles
  • Proficiency in Oracle integration and reporting tools (OIC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL)
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to translate complex technical solutions for diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile/Lean delivery methodologies and working in global delivery environments., * Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (HCM Cloud) or equivalent certification
  • Experience leading end-to-end design workshops and architecting scalable HCM solutions
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven record of team leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management
