Job description

We are looking for a motivated CRM Developer, to join our dynamic IT team in Bishops Stortford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working to design, develop and inmplement CRM changes for the firms key Systems.

What this role would include:

  • To be a key developer on the firm's two Microsoft dynamics based systems.
  • Providing analytical and technical investigation as required by the help desk.
  • Developing CRM Solutions in accordance with specifications defined by the Project Manager.
  • Providing analytical and technical investigation as required by the helpdesk.
  • Designing, testing, and documenting systems requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other Power Platform products.

  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#.
  • Advanced IT skills and competency.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience of Legal systems preferable although not essential.
  • Confident, clear and articulate communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Supportive and good communication skills with team members.
  • Ability to share knowledge with peers for the benefit of the team.
