Job description
You'll join our friendly on-site team in Staines, reporting to our End User Computing Manager. Your mission? To provide hands-on desktop and IT support to our amazing colleagues. We'll set you up for success with lots of opportunities to learn from our team so you don't need to be a tech expert from day one-just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
This role is on site in our Staines office, 5 days per week.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Be the go-to person for IT issues logged through ServiceNow and resolve tickets
- Manage IT kit for new starters, movers, and leavers
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd line when needed
- Share helpful "how-to" guides to prevent repeat issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Do you get a buzz from delivering brilliant customer service? Are you curious about tech and enjoy figuring things out? Know your way around Windows 11, Office, and other desktop apps, we'd love to hear from you!, You love helping people and take pride in delivering outstanding service. You might not have worked in IT support before, but you're great at building relationships and solving problems. Most importantly, you're passionate about tech and eager to learn.

- The ability to prioritise and stay organised
