Technical Support Analyst

• The Technical Support Analyst supports the operations and maintenance of an effective technology stack focussed on delivering the support needed for the SGB business.
• Providing support through the ServiceNow system, they work with other members of the SGB IT Team to deliver standard fixes and changes across all solutions.
• Functional support of the day-to-day operational delivery of the technical solution is also part of the Technical Support Analyst responsibilities.
• The Technical Support Analyst is aware of most aspects of the Information Technology deployed in the SGB business., * Assist in the deployment of solutions or implementation of managed changes to support ServiceNow requests or works as part of a local team making changes to support project implementations.
• Work to a defined test plan to ensure compliance with standards defined by Safran DSI-C.
• Assist in resolving ServiceNow incidents and identifying problems in line with agreed SLAs. Responsible for ServiceNow requests delivery, ensuring minimal disruption to the SGB business.
• For both incidents and requests, maintains all relevant documentation as required.
• Contributes to ensuring the service delivery is effective and efficient.
• Utilises the Safran SGB purchasing process to ensure availability of all services and meet incident and requests.

Responsibilities

• Technical IT team member reporting directly to the Service Delivery Lead.
• Responsible for working as part of SST and Group on transversal projects.
