Job description

We're looking for a technically minded 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team. You'll be the bridge between our customers and developers - investigating issues, finding solutions, and helping to keep everything running smoothly. It's a great fit if you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and getting hands-on with technology.

What You'll Do

  • Handle complex support queries and escalations.
  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues (logs, data, configuration).
  • Liaise with developers to identify bugs and test fixes.
  • Contribute to documentation, testing, and internal improvement projects.
  • Occasionally assist with product demos or training alongside sales and support teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a GCSE?, * You have strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, methodical approach.

  • You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
  • You enjoy learning how things work and finding practical solutions.
  • Some experience in software or technical support is ideal, but not essential.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL, web apps, or cloud platforms is helpful.
