Job description

You will serve as the final escalation point for technical issues across a varied client base, working on advanced incidents, major problems, and infrastructure improvements., * Acting as the top escalation for incidents & service requests

  • Troubleshooting complex issues across servers, networks, cloud, firewalls & endpoints
  • Performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions
  • Supporting client onboarding, migrations & infrastructure projects
  • Mentoring and guiding 1st & 2nd line engineers
  • Maintaining technical standards and best practices
  • Working alongside internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers on escalations and technical matters

Requirements

Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, * 4+ years' experience in IT support (with 1-2+ years at 3rd line / senior level)

  • Strong technical knowledge across:
  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft 365
  • Networking (DNS, DHCP, routing)
  • Firewalls & backup solutions
  • Cloud technologies
  • RMM & PSA tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Calm, structured, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to support & mentor fellow engineers
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) - highly desirable
