E-commerce Executive

We're looking for an eCommerce Executive with a strong interest or background in Amazon marketplace management to join a growing consumer brand.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central helping ensure listings, orders, invoicing, and returns are managed accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with an experienced eCommerce team and gain exposure across multiple channels, including Shopify and TikTok Shop.

What you'll be doing

• Support daily account management on Amazon (listings, pricing, promotions, and order checks)
• Manage invoicing, tax checks, and claims
• Handle returns, replacements, and general order issues
• Respond to customer queries and product reviews in a professional, solutions-focused way
• Help maintain and update product listings on Shopify and TikTok Shop
• Monitor pricing and stock consistency across all platforms
• Track performance metrics such as sales, conversion, and traffic
• Produce simple reports to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities

• Experience using Amazon Seller or Vendor Central (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable handling data and confident using Excel
• Basic understanding of invoicing, returns, and claims
• Financially aware, with an understanding of costs associated with eCommerce
• A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and acts quickly
• Strong written communication and customer-handling skills
• Experience with Shopify or TikTok Shop is a plus
