Job description

You'll provide day-to-day ICT support for staff and students, maintaining hardware, managing software updates and troubleshooting network or user issues. The school runs a mix of Windows and cloud-based systems, with strong emphasis on safeguarding and cybersecurity., * Respond promptly to IT support requests and resolve technical issues

  • Maintain and install hardware, software and classroom technology
  • Assist in network administration and system updates
  • Support teaching and learning through the setup of interactive displays, projectors and audio-visual tools

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Office 365 and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in a school or education setting desirable but not essential
  • Organised, reliable and adaptable under pressure
