Job description
You'll provide day-to-day ICT support for staff and students, maintaining hardware, managing software updates and troubleshooting network or user issues. The school runs a mix of Windows and cloud-based systems, with strong emphasis on safeguarding and cybersecurity., * Respond promptly to IT support requests and resolve technical issues
- Maintain and install hardware, software and classroom technology
- Assist in network administration and system updates
- Support teaching and learning through the setup of interactive displays, projectors and audio-visual tools
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Office 365 and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in a school or education setting desirable but not essential
- Organised, reliable and adaptable under pressure
