- Review and verify required documentation (proof of ownership, tenancy agreements, floorplans, safety certificates, etc.).
- Identify and follow up on missing or incorrect data.
- Complete online property licence application forms for local authorities (e.g., selective, additional, and HMO licences).
- Upload and organise all documentation into shared systems (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, or Google Drive).
- Track progress and submit completed applications to the relevant council portals.
- Liaise with landlords, agents, and council officers to resolve queries or additional information requests.
- Keep detailed notes and records of communications and application status.
- Escalate complex or problematic cases to the team lead where needed.
- Maintain up-to-date logs of all in-progress and submitted applications.
- Check that all applications meet compliance and data quality standards before submission.
- Provide weekly progress reports on applications handled.
Requirements
We're looking for a detail-oriented Licensing Applications Administrator to support our property licensing team. You'll be responsible for collecting and managing information from landlords and letting agents, preparing documentation, and submitting property licence applications to local authorities across the UK. You'll be the link between our clients and local councils, ensuring applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time., * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using online forms, portals, and shared drives.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple cases.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup.
- Experience with property licensing or local authority processes.
- Familiarity with lettings, property management, or housing compliance.
- Previous experience with tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, or Google Workspace.

Salary : up to £35k Full time / up to £21k Part time
Hours : Full time : Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) / Part time : Monday - Friday
