Job description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Content Executive who can balance execution with creativity. You'll be working closely with both the marketing, content and product teams to support campaign delivery, social media and content, and community engagement., Content - 40%

  • Deliver our weekly podcast - editing video and publishing clips and episodes
  • Support in social media management, posting and metrics
  • Create content assets for websites and micro sites
  • Manage the posting of membership and vendor content
  • Updating the content subscription page
  • Support Head of Product, with supervision from the Brand, Communication Manager on ad hoc content projects.

Marketing - 60%

  • Create slides and social media assets for a range of events
  • Copywriting email series for events audience and sponsors
  • Create email on CRM for events and sponsors
  • CRM Management - list creation, management and sends.
  • Managing third party contactors
  • Ad hoc marketing support tasks
  • Reporting on email metrics and campaign performance
  • Support Head of Product, with supervision from Marketing Manager.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to support cross-functional needs.
  • Sprint planning of activities, collecting feedback from interactions for product debriefs.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing?, * A passion for marketing, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (preferably in a B2B or Membership environment) within a results driven environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Constant Contact, Sharpspring, HubSpot or similar).
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and availability to attend and support events (in-person and online)., * A close-knit team where your voice matters and your growth is a priority
