Job description
You will work with data, building skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and storytelling. You'll build a strong network across teams, developing knowledge in systems, insight and analytics, AI and coding, and data visualisation & reporting.
To enhance your training, you'll attend development workshops and collaborate with other Industrial Placement colleagues on a project aligned to our Social Impact strategy.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, If you're an ambitious go-getter who enjoys solving problems and learning new skills, our 1-year Industrial Placement provides a clear and rewarding pathway into Human Resources., We're looking for ambitious, purpose driven candidates who want to build a rewarding career in banking. You'll have a determination to push for better, and a focus on delivering for our 16 million members. You must be studying toward an undergraduate degree in any discipline.

- You have experience or studies with data analysis, related tooling (including BI tools), Microsoft Excel skills, or statistics
- You have a keen interest in People/HR-related fields of work
