Job description
You'll be providing hands-on technical support to a wide range of clients, resolving IT issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a great customer experience. The position covers both 1st and 2nd line responsibilities, offering plenty of scope to learn and progress., Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general networking setups
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where needed
Requirements
Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP background
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach to work
