Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled HR Data Analyst & Systems Administrator to support our People function through data-driven insights and robust systems management. This hybrid role combines deep expertise in tabular and object-based data systems, HRIS administration, systems integrations, and dashboard development to enable strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze complex HR datasets (both structured/tabular and unstructured/object-based) to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Partner with People Partners and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights Support Chief People Officer with cyclical events, e.g. budgeting and reforecasting for labor expenses, salary increases and bonus distribution, etc. Provide industry benchmarks against important people related metrics Systems Administration Administer and optimize HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Deel, Smart Recruiters), ensuring data integrity, security, and performance Manage user access, if required, workflows, and system configurations Lead system upgrades, testing, and documentation. Integrations & Automation Design, implement, and maintain integrations between HR systems and other enterprise platforms (e.g., payroll, ATS, LMS, finance) Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Data Governance & Compliance Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR) Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and best practices. Qualifications Required: Proven experience in HR data analysis and systems administration Strong proficiency in working with both tabular data (e.g., SQL, Excel, CSV) and object-based data (e.g., JSON, XML) Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and integration tools Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and APIs Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance standards.
