Job Description: Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Planning and organizing demos and product system testing. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. Tracking project processes and deliverables. Soft Skills: Excellent communication. Should be proactive. Good stakeholder management skills. Self-motivation and self-drive: the individual must have the drive to do things on his/her own without being supervised. Self-organizing: the individual must be able to manage his/her dependencies by proactively seeking out help/support, asserting the needs, and working on the solution following the leads. Adaptability to uncertainty: the individual must be willing to face uncertainties and show persistence in the face of the uncertainties. Competencies: Agile Specialisation Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred. 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum to deliver solutions. Leadership and management experience. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced in AI, ML-based project executions.
