Job description
The post holder will work as part of the Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust's Digital team. The post holder will work as part of a team who will provide first point of contact support to both agile and anchor workers across Lancashire and South Cumbria and any external agencies that LSCFT supply technical services to., Please note that further communication from LSCFT will normally be to the email address given on the application form. Requirements
We are an ITIL driven Service Desk and we require a Foundation qualification or proof of working towards this. Effective communication, the ability to prioritise and plan workload is essential We currently support over 8,500 customers and whilst only a small team we are very effective. We require motivated people with the energy and enthusiasm for dealing with the volume of calls currently handled by the desk
