IT Support Technician

We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support across a range of devices, applications and IT environments. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with day-to-day IT needs, and ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently., * Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing system

• Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, connectivity and user accounts
• Set up laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
• Support users with Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, routers)
• Install and configure software and updates
• Maintain accurate logs of support requests and resolutions
• Escalate more complex issues when required

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

• Good understanding of Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive etc.)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, routers, Wi-Fi)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience with ticketing systems
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles
• Exposure to supporting multiple users or business clients

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
