• Experience in Business Process optimization and consulting to understand client needs and provide solutions
• Proficiency with Oracle HR and Oracle Payroll cloud Applications, including E-Business Suite and Fusion HCM
• Strong skills in systems Integration and technical data migration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience with payroll systems, particularly Global Payroll solutions and implementations
• Knowledge of SaaS-based solutions like Oracle's Fusion HCM Cloud
• An understanding of industry-specific payroll requirements and localization considerations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
