Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis tools, database management, and project management methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities

A Data Analyst, or a Digital Data Analyst, collects and analyses data to identify trends and provide clients or management with valuable information that they can use to improve marketing, operational and businesses practices

The main duties are:ata collection and management, Data quality assurance

Data analysis and reporting and visualisations, stakeholders collabration, data validation.

Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data

Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.

Design and implement secure, efficient and compliant data collection systems, ensuring data quality and integrity by identifying errors and cleaning data

Develop records management and reporting processes and policies

Identify areas to increase efficiency and optimise data collection processes by automating data workflows and building efficient data pipelines

Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and validate data requirements, ensuring accurate reporting.

Produce visualisations and reports (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL) and present findings to both technical actionable manner create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations.

Do you have experience in VBA?, * Proven experience with data analysis skills including SQL, R, Python, and associated libraries.

• Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
• Knowledge of database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and experience with database design principles.
• Familiarity with ETL processes using Talend or similar tools; scripting experience with VBA or Bash preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to perform business analysis to gather requirements effectively.
• Experience working with Linked Data concepts is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; strong problem-solving abilities.
