Job description

  • Logging lift breakdowns promptly and accurately
  • Answering customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
  • Managing and maintaining the helpdesk inbox
  • Monitoring the compliance inbox and taking appropriate action
  • Uploading insurance reports to the system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitoring and updating various client portals to ensure data is current
  • Allocating callouts to engineers based on priority and availability
  • Managing a dynamic workload and effectively prioritising daily tasks
  • Investigating the status of ongoing issues and communicating updates to clients clearly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, administration or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
  • Experience in a similar industry (e.g., lift, engineering, facilities) is desirable but not essential
