Job description
- Logging lift breakdowns promptly and accurately
- Answering customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Managing and maintaining the helpdesk inbox
- Monitoring the compliance inbox and taking appropriate action
- Uploading insurance reports to the system in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitoring and updating various client portals to ensure data is current
- Allocating callouts to engineers based on priority and availability
- Managing a dynamic workload and effectively prioritising daily tasks
- Investigating the status of ongoing issues and communicating updates to clients clearly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, administration or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Experience in a similar industry (e.g., lift, engineering, facilities) is desirable but not essential
