Job description
We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused individual who can lead projects end-to-end while building strong, strategic relationships with customers. This hybrid role combines the planning, execution, and delivery responsibilities of a Project Manager with the ongoing relationship management and value realization duties of a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
The ideal candidate excels in communication, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and has strong ownership over client satisfaction and project outcomes., Project Management (50%)
- Lead, plan, and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, design) to drive project execution.
- Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and deliverables.
- Track project milestones and manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Conduct regular project stand-ups, governance meetings, and client review sessions.
- Ensure project KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to project management best practices.
Customer Success Management (50%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and success metrics to drive product adoption and ROI.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with their business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews, training sessions, and product enablement workshops.
- Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Support renewals by demonstrating product value, usage analytics, and delivering success narratives.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive product enhancements.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and business outcomes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or a hybrid client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, recruitment-tech, or AI platforms is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, reports, or CRM tools.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) are a plus.
