Junior DevOps /Tech Support Engineer

• Provide L1/L2 technical support across the Eden Group including 2 physical sites
• Proactively manage and support hardware, network, and server infrastructure
• Maintain and monitor CI/CD pipelines and production systems (Gitlab runners, Error logs etc)
• Automate recurring infrastructure tasks (backups, certs, log rotation, etc.)
• Use AI tools (e.g. Cursor, GPT agents) to write bash scripts, debug logs, and draft infra docs
• Shadow the senior DevOps engineer to progressively take on wider responsibilities across our cloud and on-premise estate
• Learning how to implement, process and maintain our product data feeds systems

Good communication skills, You aren't limited here either - should you show skills in software development or data analysis there's plenty of scope for you to evolve and progress!
