Job description

We're looking for a curious, commercially minded Ecommerce Performance & Analytics Executive to help us turn data into momentum.

If you love finding the "why" behind the numbers - why conversion dipped, what makes a campaign outperform, how to unlock extra margin - this is a chance to see your insight directly change how we trade and grow.

At Eden, we don't just launch projects; we improve them continuously. You'll sit at the heart of that loop - analysing, testing, and helping teams act faster across Eden.co.uk and our wider group platforms (Christian360, Publish360, and more).

This isn't a back-office analytics role. You'll collaborate daily with marketing, trading, design, UX, and development - translating data into decisions that move KPIs, not just charts.

Why You'll Love It Here

Commercial impact, not just analysis - Your insights will shape what gets built, tested, and prioritised.

Learn fast, grow faster - You'll work alongside experienced marketers, developers, and analysts who'll help you sharpen both your technical and commercial skills.

Experimentation mindset - We don't wait for big projects; we test small, act fast, and learn constantly.

Modern data stack - Power BI, GA4, Tag Manager, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

Full-funnel exposure - From PPC to SEO, email to checkout optimisation, you'll see the entire ecommerce engine up close.

Mission with meaning - Eden's platforms connect and equip people and organisations driven by purpose and faith.

Tools that work for you - Modern hardware and systems designed to make insight generation friction-free.

Culture that values curiosity - Regular team meetups, socials, and strategy days where ideas genuinely shape direction.

Time to recharge - 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), growing to 33 with tenure, plus the option to buy 3 extra days.

What You'll Do

Monitor and interpret performance across all key metrics - conversion, AOV, ROAS, margin, revenue per visitor.

Build and improve dashboards that highlight what matters and trigger action when results go off-track.

Investigate and explain trends and anomalies - you'll be the first to spot what's working and what's not.

Design and support A/B and multivariate testing to improve journeys, pages, and campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing and trading teams to make faster, data-led decisions across PPC, SEO, email, affiliates, and marketplaces.

Work with developers and UX to improve site flow, checkout conversion, and customer experience.

Maintain tracking accuracy and data integrity across GA4, Tag Manager, and attribution systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Analytical, curious, and motivated by impact.

  • Confident with numbers and data tools, but just as comfortable influencing decisions in a meeting.
  • 1-4 years' experience in analytics, ecommerce, or performance marketing.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Power BI, SQL or GA4 experience a plus.
  • You love spotting patterns, asking better questions, and seeing measurable results.
