Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Quoted Works Coordinator for our client based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity working as a key member of a busy Projects & Quoted Works team. This is a full-time, office-based role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of quoted works, from preparing quotations to coordinating delivery. The successful candidate will liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure works are costed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and completed to contractual standards., * Review incoming quoted works requests and gather all required information
- Prepare detailed quotations including labour, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Raise and track Purchase Orders to ensure timely approval and compliance
- Schedule engineers and subcontractors to deliver approved works
- Communicate with clients to confirm scope, access arrangements, and delivery timelines
- Update CAFM systems with job progress, documentation, certifications, and completion notes
- Manage general quoted works administration, including uploading worksheets and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Work closely with the wider Service Desk and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Support with reporting, cost tracking, and any remedial actions required following works
Requirements
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel and CAFM/work-management systems
- Previous experience in scheduling, service desk, or quoting roles within FM or a technical environment
- Knowledge of building services, minor works, or maintenance processes (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to liaise confidently with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach

- Full-time, permanent, office-based role in Glasgow
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 8am - 5pm
- Salary up to £28,000.00 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays
