Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate complex problems into practical AI solutions, from initial concept through to production.deployment and ongoing optimisation.What you'll need for this roleYou are a technical innovator who thrives at the intersection of AI engineering and data science, bringing fresh ideas and a pragmatic approach to implementation. You'll need experience in: Building and deploying production ready AI/ML solutions using both in-house platforms and third-party AI services, with demonstrated experience working with LLMs and Gen-AI applications. Strong programming capabilities in Python, with hands-on experience using modern AI-frameworks and ML libraries. Working with APIs, cloud platforms, and implementing MLOps practices to ensure reliable, scalable AI solutions. Generating actionable insights from complex and varied data sources, combining analytical thinking with practical engineering skills. Excellent communication abilities, explaining sophisticated AI concepts and 3 technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and building consensus around solution approaches.How we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
