Job description

This is an exciting and crucial role to be responsible for the provision of a high-quality

Board Secretarial function and play a crucial role in supporting the Chair and Executive

Leadership Team (ELT) by ensuring efficient coordination, administrative support, and

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, Educated to degree level standard or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

At least three years' corporate governance, legal compliance, or board administration experience.

Experience of using IT and core management information systems to extrapolate and present data and provide analysis

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email/calendar).

Elevated level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders., Be willing or have obtained a relevant Corporate Governance qualification such as International Certified Corporate Governance Officer.
