Job description
- Conduct a full review of existing Sales and Marketing processes
- Identify gaps and opportunities to better align S&M activities
- Design and implement structured follow-up processes within Dynamics 365
- Ensure consistent, scalable workflows across the customer journey
- Configure and optimise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn integrations
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) activities and targeted outreach
- Advise on advertising workflows and data flows between LinkedIn and Dynamics 365
- Implement robust lead tracking within Dynamics 365 CE
- Design custom dashboards and reports that surface prospect engagement
- Provide insights for sales performance, pipeline health, and marketing impact
- Ensure data integrity and visibility across teams
- Deliver engaging training sessions to Sales teams
- Develop user guides and support materials
- Drive adoption of Dynamics 365 tools, processes, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing processes (B2B preferred)
- Hands-on experience configuring Sales Hub, marketing tools, and integrations
- Confident working with dashboards, reports, and user training
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
