Job description

  • Conduct a full review of existing Sales and Marketing processes
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to better align S&M activities
  • Design and implement structured follow-up processes within Dynamics 365
  • Ensure consistent, scalable workflows across the customer journey
  • Configure and optimise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn integrations
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) activities and targeted outreach
  • Advise on advertising workflows and data flows between LinkedIn and Dynamics 365
  • Implement robust lead tracking within Dynamics 365 CE
  • Design custom dashboards and reports that surface prospect engagement
  • Provide insights for sales performance, pipeline health, and marketing impact
  • Ensure data integrity and visibility across teams
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to Sales teams
  • Develop user guides and support materials
  • Drive adoption of Dynamics 365 tools, processes, and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing processes (B2B preferred)
  • Hands-on experience configuring Sales Hub, marketing tools, and integrations
  • Confident working with dashboards, reports, and user training
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
