Job description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Python Developer to lead the technical transformation of our audit analytics platform, designing and implementing the architecture for our next-generation applications. This is a pivotal opportunity to enhance RSM UK's audit analytics capabilities as we embark on an ambitious strategic roadmap.
You will play a critical role in helping us continue to develop a modern, scalable audit analytics platform built on Azure, working closely with our technical team to integrate advanced capabilities. Your expertise will help shape how we deliver audits, enabling significant gains across our thousands of annual engagements.
You'll make an impact by:
- Designing and implementing the technical architecture for scalable applications that integrate with our Azure-based Datacore platform
- Developing and enhancing our in-house analytics solutions to support advanced data processing capabilities
- Creating scalable, containerised solutions that can be deployed across the RSM network
- Collaborating with our technical team to ensure seamless integration of advanced capabilities
- Mentoring and developing junior developers' technical skills
Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, You will be an experienced Python developer with deep knowledge of data processing at scale and a passion for architecting moder, cloud based solutions.
Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience developing Python applications, with strong knowledge of data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (Azure Functions, App Services, Data Factory)
- Strong understanding of database technologies and experience with large datasets
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers
- Understanding of API design and integration patterns
