Job description

As our Content and Influencer Executive, you will transform bold ideas into thumb-stopping content that amplifies client stories across social, digital, and communications channels.

You'll help to accelerate Plus 1's full-service communications offerings (internal, external, executive), crafting authoritative thought leadership, and driving client campaigns end-to-end.

You'll help to build and grow our influencer/talent arm, securing and activating both human and AI-driven personalities to elevate every campaign.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced agency setting, partnering with account directors, creative, digital strategists, and production teams to ignite buzz, spark conversation, and deliver measurable ROI for a diverse roster of brands. You will own Plus 1 Comms' own channels, positioning the agency as the 'go-to' full-service storytelling agency., Influencer Partnerships & Activation

  • Help build and scale P1C's influencer and talent practice, defining service offerings, processes, and outreach pipelines.
  • Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers whose style and audience align to client objectives and budgets.
  • Develop influencer briefs, shot lists, usage rights agreements, and approval workflows.
  • Manage end-to-end talent relationships: onboarding, briefing, fee schedules, usage rights, performance tracking, and renewals.
  • Innovate by developing AI-driven influencers: conceive personas, oversee CG/animation partners, manage platform roll-out, and analyse engagement metrics.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to manage contracts, fee schedules, and deliverable signoffs.

Full-Service Communications for Clients: Client Content & Thought Leadership

  • Design and execute external communications programmes.
  • Lead internal communications initiatives: employee newsletters, intranet content, leadership announcements, and change-management collateral.
  • Advise on crisis and reputation management: draft holding statements, coordinate rapid response, and guide escalation protocols.
  • Craft executive communications: speeches, investor decks, board materials, and stakeholder updates.
  • Build pipelines of blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and bylines aligned to client objectives, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
  • Interview client spokespeople to capture insights and shape compelling narratives.
  • Integrate long-form content with social, influencer, and paid activations for cohesive multi-channel campaigns.

Content Creation & Management

  • Collaborate with creative directors and account teams to develop multimedia assets (photos, videos, reels, TikTok's) tailored to each client's brand guidelines
  • Attend on-site shoots, client events, and studio sessions to capture authentic, timely content
  • Maintain and update shared content calendars and organised asset libraries for cross-agency access.

Agency & Senior Leadership Thought Leadership

  • Develop by-lined articles, whitepapers, op-eds, and executive speeches that position our MD, CMO, and leadership as industry authorities
  • Manage Plus 1's external comms and LinkedIn calendar - ideating topics, drafting, editing, securing approvals, and tracking performance.
  • Secure placements in top-tier publications and speaking slots at industry events.

Owned Content & Social Media Channels

  • Own Plus 1 Comms' social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, crafting, and scheduling posts that showcase agency culture, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Help produce multimedia assets (graphics, videos, Reels, Stories, TikTok's) that elevate brand presence and attract clients and talent.
  • Maintain and organise a content asset library and editorial calendar for seamless agency access.

Regional Strategy & Planning

  • Conduct market and audience research to inform localised content themes, talent selections, and communications priorities
  • Build activation calendars syncing global campaigns, agency initiatives, and regional events or cultural moments.
  • Brief cross-functional teams on emerging social, comms, and talent trends to shape strategic direction.

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor cross-channel performance, including:
  • Long-form content metrics (blog views, whitepaper downloads, thought-leadership engagement)
  • Influencer and AI-talent activation results (reach, conversions, content performance)
  • Internal and executive communications metrics (open rates, click-through rates, employee feedback)
  • Deliver in-depth monthly and quarterly reports for clients, blending quantitative data (downloads, coverage volume, lead metrics) with qualitative insights (message resonance, Talent ROI, audience feedback).
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations - fine-tuning content themes, Talent tiers, messaging cadence, and full-service communications approaches to maximise impact and ROI.
  • Partner with analytics and account leads to feed learnings into future campaign planning, service development, and agency thought-leadership initiatives.

Internal Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with account directors, creative, media, PR, digital, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign and comms delivery
  • Drive agency-wide knowledge sharing via weekly updates, trend trackers, and inspiration board.
  • Surface strategic learnings and propose enhancements during cross-team brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Social media marketing?, * Content creation experience across formats: long-form (blogs, whitepapers, bylines) and short-form (photo, video, Reels, TikTok's).

  • Strong thought-leadership development skills: interviewing, research synthesis, narrative structure, and editorial finesse.
  • Influencer and talent management: sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, usage-rights administration, performance tracking, and renewals.
  • Full-service communications proficiency: external messaging, internal updates, executive briefings, and crisis-response support.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication: clear writing, persuasive presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Adaptability and agility in fast-paced agency settings: rapid iteration, prioritisation under pressure, and proactive problem solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance: ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and flawless execution., * Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
