IT Technician

If you love building, fixing and configuring kit - servers, workstations, PCs - and want to deepen your skills with real progression, this could be ideal.

The Opportunity

You'll join a friendly, established team, focusing on:

• Building and configuring servers, workstations and PCs for business customers
• Testing, diagnosing and repairing IT hardware
• Checking incoming kit meets order specs
• Supporting the sales and customer service teams with technical queries
• Helping deliver an excellent customer experience

You'll get excellent on-the-job training in server configuration, diagnostics and repairs, with clear scope to grow your skills and career.

Do you have experience in IT?, * Around 2+ years' hands-on IT hardware experience (PCs / servers / builds)

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• A real eye for detail and a love of problem-solving
• Confident communicator, team player, happy working with physical kit day-to-day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
