Job description

Role Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring the school's network, servers and switches
- Troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues
- Managing user accounts, security permissions and backups
- Overseeing cybersecurity protocols and compliance
- Supporting classroom technology, AV systems and school events
- Assisting with long-term ICT planning and infrastructure upgrades
Requirements
- Experience in network administration or advanced IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and networking hardware
- Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
- Relevant IT/networking certifications desirable
