In this role, you'll keep projects running smoothly from start to finish - coordinating tasks, supporting our team, maintaining client communication, and ensuring deadlines are met. What You'll Do
General Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal web team for all project-related queries.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support through phone and email.
- Manage task allocation and scheduling within the team, checking progress regularly.
- Assist with scoping, quoting, and planning work alongside designers, developers, and account managers.
- Contribute ideas in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on broader marketing activity.
Project Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Work with clients to define project goals, scope, requirements, and expectations.
- Produce and maintain key project documentation, including timelines, briefs, proposals, and progress updates.
- Coordinate team workloads and monitor deadlines.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure project accuracy, functionality, and usability.
- Support with content population and basic system updates where required.
- Lead project meetings, present updates, and gather client feedback.
- Track project performance and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Review project outcomes and provide insights or recommendations to clients.
Account Management
- Manage multiple retained clients, keeping in regular contact through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Produce monthly activity reports summarising completed work and upcoming recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for improvements, new ideas, and efficiencies for clients.
- Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience managing projects, ideally within a digital or marketing environment.
- Are highly organised, detail-focused, and confident handling multiple priorities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and internal teams.
- Have a good understanding of digital platforms (WordPress experience is helpful but not essential).
- Are a problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
