Job description
You'll work closely with our experienced developers, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of projects - from maintaining client websites to supporting new builds. This role combines creativity, technical know-how, and client interaction, giving you the perfect foundation to grow your web career.
What You'll Be Doing
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client websites to ensure performance and functionality.
- Assist with development tasks and content population (especially using WordPress).
- Act as a key contact for clients and internal teams on web-related support.
- Provide website support via phone and email.
- Audit sites to identify improvements and maintenance needs.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, platforms and technologies.
- Test websites thoroughly across devices and browsers for usability and performance.
- Review post-launch performance, analyse data and provide client insights.
- Suggest new ideas, features and enhancements to clients.
- Be proactive, solutions-focused and enthusiastic about delivering great work.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have a good understanding of CSS/SCSS, JavaScript fundamentals and basic PHP.
- Understand browser compatibility issues and how to test for them.
- Have experience maintaining websites (agency experience and WordPress knowledge a plus).
- Are highly organised and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and teammates.
- Enjoy solving problems and thinking creatively.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
