Job description

  • Play a key role in keeping office technology running smoothly from desktops and laptops to printers, mobile devices, and conferencing systems.

  • Help shape and support new technology roll-outs, pilot programs, and infrastructure upgrades.

Main Responsibilities

  • Log, manage, and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, telephony, peripherals) via a ticketing system.
  • Provide on-site support: setting up equipment, handling office moves, repairing printers, scanners, or mobile devices.
  • Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals for existing staff and new starters.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain devices, including mobile hardware (e.g., iPads, iPhones) and printers/scanners.
  • Work with external vendors to coordinate hardware or software repairs.
  • Diagnose and resolve wireless connectivity issues.
  • Use monitoring tools to track system performance and address performance issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant technical support experience.
  • Proficient with Windows OS (Windows 10+) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer-focus - you enjoy helping others and solving real IT problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills; you can manage competing demands and deliver results under pressure.
  • Clear communication skills - both written and verbal - plus comfort working with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving ability and experience escalating issues when required.
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude in a dynamic, changing environment.
