Job description
- Play a key role in keeping office technology running smoothly from desktops and laptops to printers, mobile devices, and conferencing systems.

- Help shape and support new technology roll-outs, pilot programs, and infrastructure upgrades.
Main Responsibilities
- Log, manage, and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, telephony, peripherals) via a ticketing system.
- Provide on-site support: setting up equipment, handling office moves, repairing printers, scanners, or mobile devices.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals for existing staff and new starters.
- Troubleshoot and maintain devices, including mobile hardware (e.g., iPads, iPhones) and printers/scanners.
- Work with external vendors to coordinate hardware or software repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve wireless connectivity issues.
- Use monitoring tools to track system performance and address performance issues proactively.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' relevant technical support experience.
- Proficient with Windows OS (Windows 10+) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer-focus - you enjoy helping others and solving real IT problems.
- Excellent organizational skills; you can manage competing demands and deliver results under pressure.
- Clear communication skills - both written and verbal - plus comfort working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Good problem-solving ability and experience escalating issues when required.
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude in a dynamic, changing environment.
