Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a product-led, customer-centric organisation. This role focuses on understanding and improving the end-to-end member experience, with a particular emphasis on churn, LTV, retention, and renewal performance.
You'll work closely with product, analytics and experimentation teams to shape upcoming initiatives. This is not a pure funnel-analysis role - you'll be connecting user behaviour to long-term customer outcomes, identifying what drives renewal a year down the line, and shaping insights that guide product strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Leading analysis across core member metrics, including churn, LTV, subscription behaviour, retention and renewal performance
- Designing and evaluating experiments using platforms such as Amplitude
- Working with product data to test and validate hypotheses that relate behaviours to long-term customer outcomes
- Translating data into clear, compelling stories that influence product and commercial decisions
- Supporting data enablement across the organisation to help teams become more data-driven over time
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong experience in product and customer analytics, including experimentation, churn/LTV analysis, and subscription or retention modelling
- Background in tech-driven environments, ideally marketplaces or subscription businesses
- Experience with Python, R or dbt is beneficial but not required
- Someone who can work autonomously, communicate insights clearly, and deliver meaningful impact quickly
