Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CMDB and Change Management processes in ServiceNow. Deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders understand and adopt new processes effectively. Develop and manage change communications to promote engagement and clarity. Provide hands-on support to stakeholders, fostering ownership of data quality and compliance. Embed governance and accountability frameworks to maintain high standards of integrity and process adherence. Act as a trusted advisor for change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Essential Skills & Experience
Requirements
Strong experience in business change management within large, complex organizations. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly CMDB and Change Management modules. Familiarity with ITIL principles and governance frameworks. Ability to design and deliver effective training and change communications. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Rate & Duration
