A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Technician (COINS Support) to join a well-established company based in Wakefield. This permanent role offers stability, progression, and a supportive environment for someone looking to grow their IT career., As an IT Technician (COINS Support), you'll be responsible for providing first-line IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting resolutions. You'll assist with maintaining hardware, software, and networks, while supporting users of the COINS ERP system.
· Resolve IT support tickets and assist with system maintenance
· Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
· Support COINS users and liaise with the software provider to resolve issues
· Create and update user guides, documentation, and knowledge base content
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, · Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and security
· Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira or Confluence
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Previous experience with COINS or ERP systems is an advantage

Benefits & conditions
£26k PA without COINS experience and raising to a maximum of £29k PA after training and 1 years service.
If you have experience in COINS then the salary would be looking at up to £34k PA., Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
