We are on the lookout for a passionate and technically adept IAM Technical Lead who is eager to dive into both strategic leadership and hands-on implementation. This is not just a role; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact on the security and efficiency of our access management systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Vision: Drive a comprehensive review of our existing IAM processes and tools, setting a strategic direction that aligns with Odevo's ambitious goals.

  • Hands-On Implementation: Roll up your sleeves and get involved in the technical nitty-gritty. You'll be implementing cutting-edge IAM solutions that enhance our security posture.

  • Innovate and Optimize: Identify gaps in our current IAM framework and propose innovative solutions that streamline processes and bolster security.

  • Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM strategies across the organization.

  • Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support Tech staff in all things IAM and improve their understanding of IAM tools and processes., Be Odevo's IAM Expert:

  • Be the first point of all for things "IAM"

  • Provide guidance and direction on IAM for new projects

Inventory and Assessment:

  • Conduct a thorough inventory of existing IAM processes, tools, and coverage.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current IAM systems.

  • Identify current gaps in IAM processes and tooling.

  • Develop actionable plans to address and rectify identified gaps.

Strategic Planning:

  • Distinguish between strategic and tactical initiatives.

  • Propose a balanced approach that includes long-term strategies and quick wins.

Privileged Access Management (PAM) Review:

  • Assess current PAM practices and identify requirements for improvement.

  • Review admin usage (such as local, system & enterprise admins) and propose strategies to minimize risks.

  • Recommend best practices for PAM implementation and management.

Requirements

  • A seasoned IAM expert with a strong technical background and a proven track record in implementation.

  • A strategic thinker who can see the big picture but also has an eye for detail.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

  • Experience with migrating existing IAM solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Have a thirst for knowledge, keeping up to date with the constantly changing security and IAM landscape

  • Good understanding of security certifications, frameworks and regulations (e.g ISO27001, NIST Cyber Framework, NIS2, DORA).

You are fluent in English and it is an added bonus if you know additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Swedish or Finnish., * Proven experience in Identity Access Management, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.

  • Proven experience with Entra ID as primary SSO solution. Having Microsoft SC-300 certification is a bonus.

  • Strong understanding of IAM processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), including local admin usage, and password safe solutions.

  • Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies and strategies.

  • Ability to conduct gap analysis and develop strategic plans.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus.
