Unlike many alternative networks, we design, build, and manage our own infrastructure-ensuring exceptional quality and reliability for every customer. As a 1st Line Network Operations Engineer, you'll be part of our Network Operations team, providing front-line technical support and ensuring our customers receive the high standards of service we're known for. From troubleshooting issues to configuring equipment, you'll be at the heart of keeping people connected., * Providing customer support via phone and email to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Configuring routers, boosters, and other customer equipment
- Preparing and dispatching technical equipment for customers
- Managing and maintaining trouble tickets and customer cases
- Liaising with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support
- Maintaining accurate network systems and documentation
- Promoting and upholding network security best practices
Please note that this role involves shift work between 08:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays (10:00 - 16:00).
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional telephone manner
- Experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A proactive mindset and a desire to develop your technical expertise
- Experience using CRM systems
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification (desirable but not essential)
